Calvin Linke

As managing director of Immobilienpartner Sachsen, I have spent more than six years helping owners sell their flat, house or plot of land in Dresden and the Elbe valley. My background lies in both property development and classic estate agency work – and this dual perspective shapes how I value and market real estate.

Career

Before becoming self-employed, I worked for a property developer while also working as an estate agent. That time showed me how differently private sellers and professional investors look at the same market. Alongside my agency work, I still run my own property development company, CADA Invest GmbH, which buys and refurbishes real estate. As a result, I know both sides of the negotiating table – and understand which properties are genuinely attractive to investors and renovators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Real Estate Management, Duale Hochschule Sachsen (DHSN), Leipzig campus
• IHK certificate of competence for the § 34c GewO trade licence
• Certificate in Business English
• Member of the Dresden Chamber of Commerce (IHK) — membership no. 1029626

My focus

My focus is on the market-appropriate valuation and sale of residential property in Dresden and the surrounding municipalities. Through my work in property development, I bring additional expertise in properties in need of renovation, investment properties, and the assessment of refurbishment and value-add potential.
