Accessibility
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible — regardless of technology or ability. In design and development we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Current state
Most of the site is accessible: semantic structure, keyboard operability, sufficient contrast, alternative text and descriptive labels. We review and improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.
Known limitations:
- The interactive neighbourhood map conveys detail through overlays shown on mouse or keyboard focus. The same information is available in full and on equal terms in the table view — this is the accessible alternative.
- Some older content (such as embedded PDF documents) may not yet be fully accessible.
Reporting barriers
Have you found a barrier, or do you need information in a different format? Please get in touch — you'll find our contact details in the imprint. We'll look into it and fix it.
